What are Enrolment Prompts?

Recommend Pathways to users and prompt them to enrol. Users who have not yet started a Pathway will see recommended Pathways on their Journey screen. Once started, the rest of the recommended Pathways will be listed on their Pathway switch list.

How to enable:

  1. Open the editor on a selected Pathway.

  2. Navigate to Listings & Settings.

  3. Under General Settings, enable the Prompt Enrolment option.

What else do recommended Pathways do?

When a user completes a Pathway, the app will send a completion email to users & recommend more Pathways.

Enable Reviews

When Pathway reviews are enabled), this will request the user to provide a review after completing a Pathway. Toggling this off will disable requesting reviews and hide reviews on the app.

Reviews are enabled by default.

Pathway Types

The Pathway Type setting allows you to display the Pathway to users in different ways.

  • Playlist. The playlist type will display activities in a list format where the user completes each activity in sequence.

  • Route. The route type will display activities in a flow chart layout where the user completes each segment sequentially and can complete activities in each segment in any order.
