Event Activity

Create virtual or physical events.

Use the Event Activity to host a webinar or an on-location event. Event attendance can be managed in Events/Classroom.

How to create an Event Activity

1. Open a Pathway.

2. Select the + icon and then select Event.

3. Add an Event Name. Name the activity (this will appear on the Pathway).

4. Activity Locations & Times. Select the + button to add one or more events.

5. Event type: Choose Location if the event is hosted at a physical location, or choose Webinar if the event is virtual.

6. Add a short snippet. Write a short description of the Event that will be visible on the Pathway for desktop and tablet only (max. 90 characters).

7. Write a description. Write a longer description of the Event that is visible once a user selects the Pathway tile on mobile, desktop and tablet.

8. Activity Settings. Choose whether the activity is required (activity must be fulfilled in order to proceed) or optional (can be skipped).

9. Save.

How are Event Activities Fulfilled?

Users must Check-In to an event on the app in order to fulfill the activity.
