Classroom Activity

Create a virtual or physical classroom event.

Create a Classroom Activity to host a webinar or an on-location classroom event. Classroom attendance can be managed in Events/Classroom.

How to create a Classroom Activity

1. Open a Pathway.

2. Select the + icon and then select Classroom.

3. Add a name. Name the Classroom activity (this will appear on the Pathway).

4. Activity Locations & Times. Select the + button to add one or more Classroom Activities.

5. Event type. Choose Location if the Classroom Activity is hosted at a physical location, or choose Webinar if the event is virtual.

6. Add a short snippet. Write a short description of the Classroom Activity that will be visible on the Pathway for desktop and tablet only. (max. 90 characters).

7. Write a description. Write a longer description of the Classroom Activity that is visible once a user selects the Pathway tile on mobile, desktop and tablet.

8. Activity Settings.

   1. Required. Choose whether the activity is required (activity must be fulfilled in order to proceed) or optional (can be skipped).

9. Save.

How are Classroom Activities Fulfilled?

Users must Check-In to an event on the app in order to fulfill the activity.
