Create certificates and then assign them to a Certificate Activity. You will need to create a Certificate before adding this activity into a Pathway. Certificates are pre-designed and populated with user information.
Tip: Add this activity on its own within a single row.
Open a Pathway.
Select the + icon and then select Certificate.
Assign a Certificate. Assign the certificate that will be given when users reach this point in the Pathway. Go to Certificates to create a new certificate.
Add a short snippet. Write a short description of the certificate. This will be visible on the Pathway for desktop and tablet only (max. 90 characters).
Activity settings.
Required. Certificate activities are always set to Required. The activity can not be skipped.
Fulfilment. The activity is fulfilled when the user reaches the reward.
Save.
Create a Certificate that can be assigned to a Certificate Activity.
No. Certificates, badges, and rewards are a built-in feature relating to the platform, external certificates would need it's own process and code base. You can however upload within Pathways - these could be locked until a certain Milestone has been reached.
