Insert a survey to evaluate opinion & sentiment.

Create a survey in Authoring to use it in a Pathway activity.

How to create a Survey Activity

1. Open a Pathway.

2. Select the + icon and then select Survey.

3. Select an Survey. Choose an existing Survey from the dropdown.

4. Survey options. Include the entire Survey or selected chapters. Use the toggle icon to select/deselect chapters.

5. Activity name (optional). Name the activity.

6. Description / Notes. Add text and/or links.

7. Activity settings.

   1. Required. Choose whether the activity is required (activity must be fulfilled in order to proceed), or optional (can be skipped).

   2. Complete Fulfillment. Select this option if the activity is fulfilled only when the user has completed the survey.

   3. View Fulfillment. Select this option if the activity is fulfilled when user has opened the survey (it does not have to be completed).

8. Save.

Create a survey in Authoring first before adding the Article Activity into a Pathway.
